Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data we need to run your hosting, bill you correctly, and answer your support tickets. We don't sell it, we don't share it, and we use plain language.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email, billing address and payment details (processed by our payment provider — we never see your full card number).

When you use our service, we collect server logs, usage metrics, IP addresses and basic browser information to operate, secure and improve the platform.

Why we collect it

To provide and bill for your hosting, to keep your sites secure (abuse detection, rate-limiting), to respond to support, and to improve the product. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted sub-processors: our cloud infrastructure providers, our payment processor, our email provider and our support tool. They're contractually required to protect your data.

We do not sell your data. Ever.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time from your account, or by emailing privacy@sitebloom.host. We respond within 30 days, usually within 2.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and a privacy-respecting analytics tool for product improvement. No third-party advertising cookies.
