Terms of Service

Last updated · May 25, 2026

By signing up for a Sitebloom account, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them short, fair and readable — but they are a contract.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens on it. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

No illegal content, no phishing, no malware distribution, no spam, no abusive crawling, no copyright infringement.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules, with a refund of any unused time on legitimate disagreements.

Billing & renewals

Plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance. Renewals happen automatically at the same price you signed up at — we never quietly raise prices on existing customers.

Cancel any time from your dashboard. No retention questionnaires.

Uptime & SLA

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. If we miss it, you get pro-rated service credits — request them through support within 30 days of the incident.

Liability

Hosting is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months. Keep your own backups for anything you can't afford to lose (we keep backups too, but two is better than one).

Changes to terms

If we update these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. You can cancel any time before then for a pro-rated refund.
