Refund Policy

We want you on Sitebloom because it's the right fit — not because cancelling is hard. Here's the plain-language refund policy.

30-day money-back

All managed hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide it's not for you within the first 30 days, email refunds@sitebloom.host and we'll refund the full amount, no questions.

After 30 days

Monthly plans: cancel any time, no refund for the current month but no further charges.

Annual plans: we'll pro-rate the unused months and refund the difference.

Add-ons and one-time services

Domain registrations are non-refundable (the registry charges us). Migration help, custom work and other one-time services are non-refundable once delivered.

Reseller plans

Sub-resellers set their own refund terms with their customers. Our 30-day guarantee covers your account with us, not your customers' accounts with you.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@sitebloom.host with your account email. We process refunds within 5 business days — usually the same day.
